Phase 2 end of project evaluation report
The IRMG commissioned an End of Project Evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation was formative in nature and is oriented towards learning and program improvement. Precisely, the intention was to examine and objectively assess the status of project progress towards achievement of the project goals and objectives. In addition, also, the evaluation was to assess implementation effectiveness, efficiency, and impact as well as identify challenges and key learnings that will improve the quality of future-related project interventions and implementation modalities. The evaluation of IRMG intended to map out the current situation regarding what worked or not, and under what circumstances, within the IRMG project and the contribution of the project towards IRMG’s mandate for advancement of best. The evaluation was carried out between December 2021 and February 2022
